Partnerships
Partnerships are developed with organisations and institutions to integrate structured career-change frameworks into professional development contexts: for example HR and outplacement programmes, education, business school seminars or sector-specific initiatives.
Entrepreneurial and academic context
These collaborations build on more than twenty years of entrepreneurial leadership combined with academic collaboration. Bärbel Buyse serves as Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Vlerick Business School, contributing to programmes for entrepreneurs and professionals navigating growth and transition.
Flexible formats
Partnership formats can be delivered in English or Dutch and adapted to different time frames: half-day sessions, one- or two-day programmes. It can be integrated modules within existing seminars or learning tracks.
Each collaboration can be tailored to the specific audience and context.

Vlerick’s The Next Phase
Career Transition Testimonial & Interactive Insights
A contribution to Vlerick Business School’s The Next Phase programme, where experienced professionals and entrepreneurs reflect on their next professional chapter.
Through my personal career transition experience and insights from Reshape Your Career, I challenged participants to think beyond traditional career formats and explore how to shape a new, unique career that fits their values, ambitions, energy drivers and future life phase.
The testimonial was followed by an interactive Q&A and small-group conversations during dinner, where I helped each participant explore their own career possibilities and identify at least one concrete insight or practical tip for their next steps. The focus was on broadening career perspectives, challenging conventional thinking and translating new possibilities into practical ways to explore what could come next.
A practical and personal exchange, combining lessons learned, real-life examples and individual reflections on career change.
